In their own little pan, so you don't need to dirty any dishes but a fork if you don't want to, so perfect for the non-fancy types and the work from home types and the get home at 2am and need to eat a cake for reasons types. Sold frozen, like a certain deep and delicious kind, but ready to eat after about 15-30 minutes of thawing out (or less, if you're okay with a firmer cake in case of emotional emergencies.) so good to have on hand! no baking or assembly required!

IT IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Our classic and longest running flavour! A vanilla confetti cake, with a classic butter cream vegan icing on top, with a rainbow of hundreds-and-thousands (as our Australian friends would say.) The theme is... frosting. Birthday. (Those aren't themes. there's always a theme.)

Ingredients: Organic Soy Milk, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cornstarch, Sunflower Oil, Raw Organic Cane Sugar, Vanilla, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Sprinkles, Grey Salt, Local Organic Wheat Flour, Vegan Butter, Vegan Shortening, Icing Sugar, Flavouring.


MINT CHOCOLATE & CREAM

Another favourite, everyone loves chocolate and mint! This is a dark chocolate cake with a mint and cream icing on top. Made with vegan butter and peppermint extract and some colour to really make it pop (Groben likes his cakes to pop.) It's a percect little cake to chase away any kind of day youre having during late stage capitalism during climate catastrophe during a global pandemic and dystopian global political strife. What tiny amount of that a cake can help.

LEMON & SOUR CHERRY (Seasonal, Limited Time Only)

One of the rotating flavours for spring! No icing on top, just a light spread on the inside for folks looking for something that it's too sweet and is more of a pound cake/loaf type cake. Made with real lemon oil and lemon extract and a house made cherry compote from real cooked down sour cherries, it's a treat when you aren't looking for something too sweet or with too much sugar in it. Something lighter, something fresher, something with a brighter palette.

PASTEL GOTH MARBLE (Seasonal, Limited Time Only)

Spring on the inside! Around until the end of spring, perfect for Easter and easter-like-non-religious-bunny-worship. A nice colourful marble sponge cake with a light citrus blossom flavour, and a marshmallow icing, flecked with some rainbow confetti cake crumb. It's a particularly special little special.
