One of our most popular holiday items over the years is this hearty Shepherd’s Pie. A base made from ground vegan beef, fire roasted red peppers, onions, garlic, and peas. Smothered in vegan gravy, and then topped with smooth, creamy mashed potatoes and a fresh sprig of rosemary.
