A deep-dish 6" Guinness and mushroom pot pie. (Serves 1-2 as a main)
Our take on the famous Irish staple, the Steak and Guinness Pie, but ours is made with black oyster mushrooms, and shitake mushrooms in place of the meat. We start by pan frying the mushrooms in vegan butter and black pepper, then stirring them into a dark vegetable stew, made from red skin and yukon gold potatoes, peas, Fire roasted tomatoes, carrots, sage, rosemary, onions, garlic, and a thick deep gravy made from Guinness Extra Stout Beer. Topped with a hand rolled and crimped pastry lid.
Sold Frozen to bake at home.
